Annecy: Semester 2

Annecy is located on the South Eastern part of France near Switzerland:

Annecy is the smallest city of the EMBS program with 50,000 inhabitants.

The nearest biggest cities are Chambéry, Lyon and Genèves. Chambéry and Lyon are easily reachable through the train (around 2 hours) but it may be cheaper for you to Geneves by bus (you can but tickets to go there near the train station).

Annecy has the reputation to be a very nice city and this mainly due to the famous lake of Annecy.

Life in Annecy is a bit more expensive than in the other EMBS cities.
