Accomodations in Spain: Semester 4

Accomodations are quite cheap in Spain and offers to share a flat are numerous. It is not rare to find accomodation offer on every electric pole:

Rents per month in a share flat are around 150 euros (even less) to 250 €.
EMBS students have also the possibility to apply for an accomodation on the university campus.
Rents are more expensive there and the superficy is quite small.
Sharing an accomodation with two other students (the cheapest possibility) will cost you a bit more than 250 euros. If you want to get a private accomodation it can go up to 320 euros (in fact in this case you are renting the same accomodation as for three people but without an access to their private room).

As a former student I personally advise students to look for a flat in the city center, it will cost you less and you will get a larger space.
