Finding an accomodation in Annecy is one of the toughest part of the EMBS program, mainly because rents are very high in this region, offers not many and the university accomodation service does not work as in the other partner universities.
It is then highly advisable to start its accomodation research during the semester in Trento. Moreover you need sometimes some strong guarantees in order to get an accomodation so I only can wish you good luck for this task.
One of the nearest student accomodation is the "Louis Armand residence", rents there are high 370€/month but you have to know that the French government is paying one part which is normally a bit more than 100€ so you will finally pay 270€ (except maybe for the first month).
The "Louis Armand residence" is on the IMUS campus.
Be careful French student accomodations have nothing in common with the ones in Italy, Germany and Spain it means that they are not furnished with bed sheets, forks, plates etc... you will only have the bed, the chairs, the tables, the place to cook and to store your goods.
